Spoil away girls…
Nice to see that you keep the episodes talked about in the description, so people know which episodes are being spoiled.
I’m still unsure who’s the 5th cylon, but I won’t be surprised if it’s an Adama (William, Lee or even Zack). Starbuck is way too obvious.
Just a thought… What if the cylons are the next steps of the evolution of humans?
First simple cybernetic organisms (the “toasters”), later the skinjobs (Nrs 1-7) and then the evolved even further (8-12)
The further evolutions then broke contact with the previous incarnations (maybe to give them the chance to evolve by themselves rather than influencing them).
As for the plan of the cylons… there might have been ONE plan, but now there are many plans. Maybe even too many.

I got your email nice but its assuming they copied the original BSG. I dont think starbuck is a cylon Now. But that unexplained time travel needs to be explained or its going to bug me big time lol

The lost time would be accounted for if my theory is correct because it would not be time travel as time lost to memory wipe so to speak. And yes, it does assume they are copying or at least lifting from the original like they did with the Pegasus and the Cylon raider that Starbuck captured and flew back to the Galactica in the first season. So, there is a history there.

I love the title of this post. To be honest, I’ve considered that possibility — that everyone on the show is a Cylon and that the 12 are just special in some way. I seriously doubt it, but who knows.
Haven’t listened to the latest podcasts yet but will soon. I’m assuming you might be doing some fifth Cylon speculation. My main guess is Tom Zarek. I believe Ron Moore said in an interview that the final Cylon was not a main cast member.
Plus, I would think the fifth would need to be someone who wasn’t on Galactica at the time the others were hearing the song, or else he/she might have been drawn by the music too. Zarek also seems like the type that would embrace or at least better utilize his true nature. Lastly, it would be a fitting homage considering he’s played by Richard Hatch who was in the original version of the show and has always been an avid defender of the franchise.
